When you look inside. Do so in peace – and – quiet. Learn to meditate. There is a short course on this website to do this effectively. Just for now though here is a short version. Find a comfortable chair that offers good back support. If it has armrests then all the better. You are going to get yourself comfortable in the chair and remain at ease and relaxed in it for 30 minutes. So, relaxed that the thought of altering anything about your body pose is sacrilege. In short, we are going to stay absolutely still for 30 minutes. You will find this very difficult, and you will not succeed for a while, but you will get there eventually.
