A NEW TRINITY

Sydney Banks and his three principles

The Three Principles as discovered by Sydney Banks which have led to a complete turnaround to how psychiatrists treat patients with mental health problems are a complete understanding of: –

  1. MIND
  2. Consciousness
  3. THOUGHT

I studied them for a long while and it took me a great age to discover that everyone who understands the three principles is self-taught. They did not come to their understanding by being a follower. They found their own salvation through a process of “learning and unlearning” which left them standing and relying on their own two feet. They are no longer followers they are innovators. When this happened their first thought was GREAT I must tell someone how I did it. They found out the truth that I learned eventually. There are a million ways to arrive at the understanding of the three principles and mostly none of us knows how exactly we arrived at platform T3P. It was some sort of miracle. Now, the people who charge thousands of pounds per session for “leading people to their understanding”, are going to be up in arms at this point. How dare I suggest that understanding T3P is free and anyone can do it. But let’s not be surprised at my discovery. Sydney Banks had people who went to every session that he led and still did not get it. Sydney even told people “DO NOT LISTEN TO MY WORDS.” “Look beyond the words.” And there WE have it. You look behind my words and you see what you see. It is all about you and what you see. People who have the understanding are but words themselves. They are metaphors whose lives point toward something else.

I spoke of a new trinity. The Three Principles discovered by Sydney Banks is member number one of that trinity. It helps you to understand MIND. Member number two is BODY and member number three is Spirit.

Human beings are: –

  1. MIND “The Three Principles”
  2. BODY “Understanding how it thrives”
  3. SPIRIT (soul if preferred) “Communication with a greater power – Prayer, Meditation, Communion”

THERE IS NO POINT being an expert in Mind if you have no clue how it interacts with BODY and SPIRIT.
